Michael has a higher quality and expectation from all her staff. Having worked with the best stylists in the world and actually educating many of them she wanted to bring that quality where there was none. I heard it all the time from stylists and clients alike…..There are no good salons out here. Now I’m not putting anyone down I just think education is key. We train every week, we do shows, events and even a few celebrities. In the salon you might find a mannequin head being worked on, or an apprentice being walked through a haircut. You not only get one stylist you get a team, we work together to create looks not just a haircut! It’s important to us also that you learn how to do it at home and maintain it, after all your walking around with our name on your head!
